We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an IT Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle full cycle of selected / several project within the area of IT Department.
• Create project plans and goals, assigning responsibilities, and managing schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Work with project team to design, implementation and testing new features for the platform.
• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of each project for the upgrade purposes.
• Discussing potential projects and parameters with clients, executives, and inhouse Lead Team.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are moving forward, and develop corrective actions in order to avoid project delays.
• Maintain customer satisfaction on project deliverables quality.
• Conduct performance evaluation of the projects, analyze results, and implement continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• D3, Bachelor Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or in related field.
• Max. 35 years old.
• Have experience in business & IT projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script
• Have experience at least 1 full cycle project from scratch (preferable).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with customers, team and stakeholder. With the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills and experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
• Detail-oriented and thrives in collaborative environment.
• Willing to learn, well organized, have high initiatives and excellent teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must (Mandarin will be a plus).
