Responsibilities :
- Create innovative and effective IT solutions to enhance business processes, improving efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain software applications tailored to business needs.
- Analyze and improve existing processes using technology.
- Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in IT projects, ensuring time efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., PHP with Laravel or CodeIgniter).
- Familiarity with HR software platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) is a plus.
- Strong logic and analytical thinking, good understanding of algorithms, and fluent in English.
- Ability to efficiently resolve technical issues
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Willing to mobile but mainly will be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
