Job Description :

• Drive product development through business requirements, design, development, and release
• Collaborate with other project teams to plan, design, and implement the system integration with other products of the company.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Direct or Author documents relating to product life cycle including product strategy, road map, business requirements, use cases and functional specifications.
• Direct or develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
• Contribute to prioritize requirements and features to plan the software development activities.
• Collaborate with software development team to determine team’s capacity and plan the software development activities through weight and duration estimations.
• Define or assess test cases and scenarios in collaboration with software development and QA teams that support the product functionality
• Work with QA continuously to improve the test coverage as well as comply with the quality best practices
• Prepare the definition of done and continually monitors and assess the completion of developed features according to the defined measures.
• Monitor the release of the features and making sure the features are meeting the expected quality.
• Relentless effort in identifying the problem and ability to provide the solution and plan the development.
• Proactively identify the problem and support both development and implementation teams to achieve their goals.
• Ability to inspire the rest of the team to collaborate on making the features available on time and with high quality.
• Help to maintain the road map and relevance for the internal monitoring and control of the product.
• Drive product launches and make sure that the releases are in accordance with the requirements.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Committed and prepared to work additional hours if needed.
• A full-time position reporting to the office from Monday to Friday.
