JOB SUMMARY:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and develop solutions in accordance with those needs
• Create technical presentations and proposals that highlight the features and benefits of company solutions
• Lead technical conversations with clients and conduct solution or product demonstrations
• Offer guidance and support to the sales team during the sales process
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Review estimates and solutions from the development teams
• Provide solutions and demos to clients
• Report to the line manager as requested

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good English communication skills in speaking and writing are required, with an equivalent TOEIC score of 800 or above 1
• At least 5 years experience in a software solutions presales role, preferably in a software development outsourcing company
• Proven track record of success in delivering presales solutions to clients
• Strong documentation skills are advantageous
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Be highly committed to work and capable of managing stakeholders effectively
