Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job description & requirements

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Create periodic reports to summarize utilization of host server, incident report, application report, VM and ticketing system
  • Become the first layer to handle an incident, analyze the root cause and escalate to related teams
  • Install, implement, and monitor tools on servers that are already available for important components such as CPU, RAM and hard drives
  • Install and implement Application Monitoring Process (New Relic, Elastic, or similar)
  • Installing alerts and policies for monitoring existing components & APM in accordance with best practices in the field
  • Integrate alerts with communication channels according to company needs such as email/telegram/SMS
  • Monitoring and managing the ticketing system administration
  • Managing DNS and administering pointing, renewal and new purchases
  • Manage SSL and its certificates and administratively install, renew and purchase new ones
  • Managing and monitoring the mail server in terms of utilization, user management, credentials, access, as well as anticipating and responding to traffic anomalies
  • Manage operations and administration of company hosted servers, both bare-metal and cloud.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer science, Engineering or equivalent field of studies.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Support or equivalent responsibilities.
  • Familiar in operating Windows Server & Linux Operating system.
  • Having experience as NSOC/Operational Team at least a year
  • Familiar with monitoring tools such as NagiOS, Grafana, New Relic etc. 
  • Knowledgeable about DNS management 
  • Having basic knowledge about System Administrator (ssh, restart apache, logging http, error reading)
  • Able to create a great documentation and reporting
  • Willing to work shifting 24/7
