About The Role
This role is responsible for managing the company’s IT client environment by providing excellent IT services to ensure system healthiness and support business daily routine activity, ensuring that all business processes are running properly and all critical systems are well-monitored.

What You Will Do

IT Service Desk

  • Manages service desk processes in the company as IT point of contact to provide support for business users according to the agreed SLA by using a ticketing system that solves properly and in timely manner.

Incident Management (Technical Recovery team) 

  •  Ensure that the whole incident management process meets the SLA target
  • Lead the Incident Management/Technical Recovery team to solve the incident immediately with temporary/permanent solutions
  • Ensures that IT monitoring system is in place, used and actions are taken based on guideline/procedure information. 
  • Enhances monitoring to ensure all business requirements are met and all critical systems are monitored.

IT Service Management

  • Communicates important matters to respective and other units, reports any deviation, problem-solving, or outage in IT operation matters.
  • Responsible for finding the root cause of any IT incident and providing permanent solutions by collaboration with other functions.
  • All critical incidents should be recorded on ticket problem management and need to be solved according to the SLA target. A permanent solution is provided within SLA and ensures that a similar incident will not happen in the future.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related major.
  • At least 8 years of working experience within IT Application Support area, preferably with 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong business acumen in Service Desk, incident problem management, system monitoring and experienced with IT ticketing management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills.
  • Experienced in ticketing management tools, SQL, and Oracle. 
  • Good to have if possess Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v.4 certification.
