Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Operation Center Administrator di perusahaan PT Home Credit Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Provide the first line of IT support with an excellent level of service to the business. The processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident reports, including channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution.

  1. Organize tickets about incidents and requests based on Service Desk processes and ensure all requests and incidents are assigned to the proper solver, if necessary, involves support from external suppliers
  2. Monitors main Service desk Email email address and phone to ensure it works all the time and all requests are processed continuously
  3. Keeps overview of actual open tickets, follow-up all tickets in order to not breach SLA (resolution time), reminds solvers about long-time open issues, if needed, escalates them to Team Leader and re-assigns tickets to another solver so every open ticket is solved within SLA
  4. Cooperates in maintenance works activities to give information to employees.
  5. Communicate effectively with users about solutions, advice, and maintenance works activities in non-IT language

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree majoring in IT.
  2. 2+ years of experiences in IT Operations
  3. Basic knowledge of Network, PC, and Firewall Technologies
  4. Initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
