Primary Purpose of the Position:

This position is accountable to manage the IT design, setup, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, documenting and troubleshooting of the network and components including but not limited to, IP Phones, CCTV, and Access System, Wireless networks and fiber network connections.

Job Responsibilities:

Hardware:
Handles and solves daily issues of Network, Server, IP Phones, CCTV, Fiber Network connections and Access System Level 1 Support Level 1, ensure all issues/problems are resolved in time. 

Maintenance :
– Handles Network and Server Maintenance. Ensure all Network and Server running well.
– Handles CCTV and Access System Maintenance. Ensure all Network and Server running well

Project :
– Support any initiatives (projects) from  IT Regional/Global in country level

Documentation:
– Create and update IT infrastructure documentation and topology.
– Develop and prepare work instructions and work procedures to improve quality, productivity or work safety.
