We are looking an IT Manager with a focus on project management, SAP expertise, and leadership in both software and infrastructure teams, you will play a crucial role in driving IT initiatives within our multinational company. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in successfully leading teams, managing projects, and implementing IT solutions.

Responsibilities : 

• Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, track, and report project progress.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP systems and modules.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP implementation, upgrades, and optimization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business goals.
• Manage and lead a diverse team of IT professionals, including software developers and infrastructure specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee the software development life cycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications and solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to guide the team in adopting best practices.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage.
• Ensure the security and reliability of infrastructure components.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Allocate resources appropriately to meet project and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware, software, and services.
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure value for money.
• Identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational data.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, department heads, and end-users.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and IT initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in IT project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One systems and modules or SAP R/3 or SAP4 Hana knowledge is also desirable.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable.
