Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Manajemen (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (5-10 + years) in a leadership role within IT management, with a focus on ERP systems.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.

Responsibility:

ERP System Selection and Implementation:

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify suitable ERP systems for the company’s needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of ERP systems, ensuring they enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Team Building and Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a competent IT team capable of meeting the company’s technological needs.
Provide leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the IT department.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Strategic IT Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Provide guidance on technology trends and advancements to support strategic decision-making.

Infrastructure Management:

Manage and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and other hardware components.
Ensure the security and integrity of data through the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to acquire necessary technology solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Training and Development:

Provide training and development opportunities for IT staff to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry best practices.
