Experience requirement:
– Minimum 10 years in Infrastructure or Software development.
– Minimum 3 years for management IT in manufacturing company.
– Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
Skills/Competency
– Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
– Understanding of manufacturing systems and software development lifecycles or other relevant experiences.
– Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date server and storage and other various software and hardware technology.
– Knowledge of Microsoft platforms or technology and other common desktop applications.
– Additional working knowledge in application software such as VB, ASP.net, Microsoft C#.net are beneficial.
– Additional working knowledge in database such as Oracle, SQL server are beneficial.
– Additional working knowledge in SAP software is beneficial.
Qualification
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
– Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and system administratation,
databases and data storage system, and phone systems.
– Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
– Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
– Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices and security management skills.
– Good understanding of the business process and manufacturing system.
– Effective interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to convey technical and business matters
in a clear and logical manner.
– Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support the job requirements.
– Willing to contribute and work as a team.
Scope of responsibilties/job description:
– Report of strategic IT infrastructure/application development and implementation with other Daikin group.
– Direct and manage implementation of infrastructure projects, Software development projects for ensuring
timely delivery and best practices.
– Plan & control the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system.
– Propose infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.
– Lead large IT projets, including the design and deployment of new IT system and services.
– Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and to
make recommendaitions for improving the IT infrastructure.
– Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
– Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop
solution for IT needs.
