We are startup in Airline industry, in need of a passionate individual to join us as IT Lead. In general, this position will create, develop, and maintain the software for both website and mobile applications. This position will hold crucial role in developing the application that we will be using in our business operation. As such, highly skilled developers in full spectrum and capable of managing the development of the software shall be the perfect fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale applications in any language or stack.
• Proven track record in implementing and developing frontend and backend and security.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Computing, Software design patterns, UI/UX, Linux, web authentication, and IT Security.
• Strong knowledge of using Laravel framework.
• Familiarity using Database MySQL, SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD.
• Data modeling experience in both Relational and RESTful service.
• Have experience in working individually or leading small teams and owning the overall delivery for the teams.
• Continuously refactor applications and architectures to maintain high-quality levels.
• Prior experience in an airline industry would be a plus.
• Passionate for learning new things and solving challenging problems.
• Willing to be placed at our office located at Sleman, Yogyakarta (but will spend early months at our Bintaro Head Office firsthand).
