Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Infrastructure & Service officer di perusahaan PT. Rhenus Logistics Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities :

The role of IT Infrastructure & Service officer is dedicated to all activities related to the infrastructure within APAC. The scope will cover a wide range of responsibilities from designing infrastructure setups in new locations to maintaining existing setups.

Infrastructure Oversight and Compliance:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, overseeing network devices, servers, storage systems, peripheral devices (printers, CCTV), and associated software.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure and services are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor network and system performance, promptly troubleshoot issues, and proactively address potential problems to minimize downtime.
  • Expertly install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and network components to align with evolving business requirements.
  • Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement robust measures to safeguard the IT infrastructure against potential threats.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to IT infrastructure and services. Leverage your insights to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

IT Asset Management and Procurement:

  • Track and control IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records of hardware and software assets, and managing their lifecycle.
  • Procure IT assets and peripherals in accordance with organizational needs, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Project, Vendor Management and Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to implement and maintain IT systems and services, focusing on seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Provide timely technical support to end-users, effectively resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Professional Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Proven working experience in IT Infrastructure, including proficiency with O365, Airwatch, OKTA, and experience with Endpoint setup.
  • Solid understanding of Networking, familiarity with IT Security concepts and hands-on experience with Fortinet devices is a plus.
  • Conceptual knowledge of ITIL and ITSM practices, demonstrating a foundation in industry best practices.
