We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT processes, security, and compliance within the context of government regulations and standards. The primary responsibilities will include assessing and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards (ISO 20000/27001), and supporting IT audits.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats in our government-related IT processes and infrastructure.
2. Implement and oversee robust security measures to protect sensitive government information and assets.
3. Collaborate with teams to enhance IT processes, ensuring they align with government compliance requirements.
4. Act as a key resource for IT audits, providing necessary documentation and guidance to auditors.
5. Develop and execute incident response plans for government-related IT security incidents.
6. Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to educate staff about government compliance requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge of IT processes to make IT flow, flowchart using MS. Visio.
2. Familiarity with SDLC, Security and Infrastructure IT, ISO 20000 and 27001 standards to ensure compliance with government regulations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and government stakeholders.
5. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all IT processes.
6. Certifications: Hold certifications in ITIL4 and PMP (preferred).
7. Willingness to work onsite at our office in Karawaci Tangerang, Indonesia.
