Basic Job Function:

1. Ensure that the Internet network, Wifi, Laptop, PC, Printer, software, and hardware etc. are running well and ready to use.
2. Ensure software and hardware troubleshooting can be completed properly and is ready for use.
3. Ensure that all IT related equipment is stored, recorded, labelled, monitored, well maintained and neat.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to troubleshooting, monitoring, control, development, install, upgrade, maintenance and support all IT system including servers, PABX, access card, WIFI, personal computers, laptops, printers, network devices and other IT equipment’s.
2. Follow up and implement standards, procedures and policies of IT system, security, disaster recovery, audit, procurement, maintenance, and services.
3. Responsible to handle asset management for hardware, software, and IT devices.
4. Coordinate with internal team, other departments, related vendors to implement IT system and technologies to support company business process.
5. Keep update information and share to team and authenticated users about IT technologies.
6. Run benchmark, system analysis, reporting and give recommendation to improve IT quality services, infrastructure, and development.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related major.
2. At least with 1 years minimum of experience as Executive IT Support.
3. Age between 25 – 30 years old.
4. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Able to work independently and as a team.
6. Can build relationships and adaptive.
7. Excellent level of ethics and integrity
8. Willing to be work in Site Office Alam Sutera Tangerang.
9. Willing to work from Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00.
