Responsibilities:

  • Interact with, influence, and develop relationships with individual contributors, mid-level management, and the C-suite to drive their digital transformation strategy with market-leading enterprise customers.
  • Build and execute a Go-to-Market Strategy for the Joget platform and grow the Joget and Itasoft footprint in your assigned territory.
  • Secure new logo customers and expand existing ones.
  • Hyperfocus on identifying pain in a customer’s environment and developing a business-oriented point of view that compels them to act urgently.
  • Continuously “connect the dots” within your account base to create executive alignments and develop broad relationships and engagement across targeted teams and leadership.
  • Prioritize opportunities and coordinate your internal team to provide the best customer experience.
  • Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Dedication to conducting pipeline generation and account research.
  • Dedication to driving quality in customer and stakeholder relationship building.
  • Embrace collaboration and leadership values by continuously learning from feedback and experiences to be better and make your team better.
  • Work with sales support, pre-sales, and marketing teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in directly selling ERP, SaaS, or application software solutions to Indonesian enterprises, with a minimum sales value of $100,000 or more.
  • 5+ years of Field Sales experience is a must; team leaders will be considered for senior roles.
  • Exposure and selling at the CIO/CFO/CTO/Head of Infrastructure/Application/LOB Level.
  • Understanding of SW and Business applications and their business impact.
  • Strong relationships and local connections in the market.
  • Creativity, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, techno-commercial acumen.
  • Ability to qualify, execute, and close business opportunities with minimum guidance.
  • Positive can-do attitude with a demonstrated track record in building, managing, and delivering high-performing sales results.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Experience in working with proven enterprise solutions products and positioning to CIOs and CTOs will be a big plus.

Location Requirements: Based in Indonesia with room to grow and lead teams.
