Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Customer Support di tempat usaha PT Fata Organa Solusi untuk domisili Tangerang & Banten (Jarak jauh) serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Meja Bantuan & Dukungan IT (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 7.100.000 - Rp 9.100.000.

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated, disciplined, and proactive IT Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles and practices and must be a highly independent, committed, and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability for their time and responsiveness while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via email or chat, handling all interactions with a highly professional and courteous manner, with special priority for international clients (particularly from Japan)

  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and create support knowledge base articles

  • Assess technical document content accuracy

  • Simulate document’s readability from perspective of user

  • Create and maintain user manuals based on product functionalities

  • Perform and document simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for common issues

  • Track, follow up, and close inquiry in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to users with varying technical skill levels

  • Follow existing guide individually and remark if correction is needed

  • Learn various products in limited time

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • Proven experience in IT customer or technical support roles

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, common office applications, and basic networking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including strong technical writing ability)

  • Proven discipline to remain committed, communicative, and responsive during specified work hours in a remote setup

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively without close supervision

  • High sense of accountability and professionalism; must be proactive, non-defensive, and meticulous in following company procedures (e.g., reporting)

  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with users under pressure

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • TOEFL PBT score of at least 575, IELTS score of 6, or TOEFL IBT score of 80

  • No need to take TOEFL/IELTS test, English proficiency will be assessed during the interview

Advantageous:

  • Have N3 or higher Japanese proficiency

  • Have experience in ticketing system or bug tracking tools
