About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and optimising our business processes, systems, and procedures. This full-time position is based in Sukabumi, West Java, and will involve working closely with our operations and IT teams to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive business, systems, and process analyses to identify areas for improvement and streamlining

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and communicate business requirements

• Design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and data accuracy in our manufacturing operations

• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials

• Provide support and guidance to end-users on the effective utilisation of manufacturing systems and tools

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to track the success of implemented solutions

• Identify and recommend opportunities for further process improvement and automation

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions

• Proficiency in business process mapping, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems, supply chain management, and ERP software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory, West Java
