To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Business Admin. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly. 

In this role, your responsibility will be to ensure accurate data maintenance, including data entry, simple report generation, and team coordination related to fulfillment & logistics operations and our ERP system. You will work closely with the IT Business Analyst and directly report to them. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of fulfillment & logistics processes and ERP systems.

Your Role:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is entered into the system in a timely manner.
• Generate simple reports based on data entered into the ERP system, providing relevant information to the IT Business Analyst and other stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment & logistics teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any data discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity by performing regular data audits, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the IT Business Analyst to develop and update standard operating procedures related to data entry and maintenance processes.
• Support the IT Business Analyst in testing and validating system enhancements or changes related to fulfillment & logistics operations and the ERP system.
• Provide training and support to team members regarding data entry processes and system usage.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic user issues related to the ERP system, escalating complex issues to the IT Business Analyst or appropriate IT support personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements or system optimizations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ERP systems and fulfillment & logistics operations to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in data entry and maintenance, preferably in a fulfillment & logistics or ERP system environment.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and accurate keyboarding skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of fulfillment & logistics processes, including order management, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably with experience using fulfillment & logistics modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel / Google Sheets for data entry and report generation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and generate simple reports.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve basic user issues related to the ERP system.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Availability for occasional flexible working hours to accommodate system maintenance or urgent tasks.
• Good English communication skills (professional proficiency).
