About the role

As an IT Audit Officer at PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s technology infrastructure and processes meet rigorous internal audit standards. This full-time position is based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, and will be responsible for conducting comprehensive IT audits, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and security of the company’s IT systems.

What you’ll be doing

Performing thorough IT audits to assess the design, implementation, and effectiveness of IT controls
Analyzing IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
Documenting audit findings and developing comprehensive reports with practical recommendations
Collaborating with IT, compliance, and business teams to address identified issues and implement corrective actions
Staying up to date with industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the company’s IT audit capabilities
Providing support and guidance to the wider audit team on IT-related matters

What we’re looking for

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
Understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and documenting audit findings
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose practical solutions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
