IT Associate – Job Descriptions

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a IT Associate. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly. 

Responsibilities

• Resolving IT Support requests from employees.
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose computer system problems and able to solve it.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems.
• Maintaining devices on the warehouse (Computer, Scanner, Printer, etc.).
• Ensuring IT policy was applied on the warehouse.

Requirements

• Preferably from IT major, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hard working and diligent person.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong communication skills.
• Willing to work on Saturday (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.).
• Willing to be placed at the warehouse (Located in Depok).
