Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities

Manage and Support all CBG Wealth Management, Consumer Finance and Channel Projects,
Production Incidents and enhancements including BAU Changes
Establishing partnership with BU/SU within DBSI and collaborate with other systems and stakeholders for end-to-end integration.
Responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for business operations.
Defining the KPI and aligning the set objectives to the general objectives and strategies of DBSI
Setting/assuring budgets and human, financial, material resources needed for a good development of the department’s activity
Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws, regulations and controls and procedures of the Bank
Support to deliver audit request and ensure NO High risk in audit finding
To ensure all applications server will comply with Group Standard Security (ISCD – Health Check)
Oversee day-to-day team deliverable, lead with problem solving, encourage team to focus on issues at hand and actively coaching them as needed in task delivery
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Evaluate and communicate technical risk and ensure projects are delivered against a schedule with the highest quality
Liaise with Switching application vendor tech support or 3rd party vendor for prompt rectification of any problems or emergency cases
Manage Banking project especially on switching system and card system (Prefer to have technical knowledge on ISO8583 message, Linux, Chip Technology standard (EMV, NSICCS),
Local domestic networks (ALTO, PRIMA, Bersama)

Requirements

Minimum 8 years direct experience managing CBG applications i.e. Card system, Switching system
Experience managing project and implementation of software solution
Managerial abilities with leadership, coaching and communication skills
Degree with related computer science and/or information systems
Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures
Able to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented
