Responsibilities

You will join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As part of our team, you will get opportunities to be involved in a diverse range of local and overseas advisory work in areas of cybersecurity, digital forensics and data protection.

You will be required to:

• Systems Management:
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, NAS and software applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server resources.
• Manage backups and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data protection and availability.
• Network Administration:
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network traffic and security to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement network upgrades.
• User Support:
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software problems.
• Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and email accounts.
• Offer training and guidance to employees and clients on IT-related topics and tools.
• Security Management:
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor for security threats, conduct security audits, and ensure data protection.
• Install and update antivirus software and implement security patches.
• Hardware and Software Procurement:
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate the procurement, installation, and disposal of IT equipment.
• IT Infrastructure Maintenance:
• Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability.
• Oversee system upgrades and migrations to minimize downtime.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, usage, and security.
• IT Policy and Compliance:
• Develop and enforce IT policies, including acceptable use and security policies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficient in English (Oral and Written )
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Strong knowledge of NAS configurations and administration.
• Familiarity with network protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services and cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google workspace) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or CompTIA Network+ are advantageous.

Training will be provided to equip team members with the necessary expertise.
