Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Support: Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Automation: Help develop and maintain scripts (e.g., using Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows.

• CI/CD Pipelines: Support the management of our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth software releases.

• IT Administration: Provide first-level IT support to employees, including user account management (onboarding/offboarding), software installation, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

• System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance, security alerts, and logs to ensure system health and availability.

• Documentation: Contribute to our technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and how-to guides.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows).

• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Exposure to cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).
