Job Descriptions

  1. Become proficient in software and services especially for CSP and Cloud players. Understanding customers’ needs and providing Software and service solutions.
  2. Existing core customer value mining and helping them to accelerate the enterprise’s digital transformation.
  3. Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution-based sales opportunities.
  4. Ability needed: Competition analysis, business opportunity background analysis, business quotation and negotiation, contract negotiation, etc.
  5. Achieve/exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth
  6. Develop sales plans based on industry trending and customer analysis.
  7. Work closely with the Solutions Engineer team in delivering and ensuring customers are gaining high value from their investments.
  8. Manage sales life-cycle for all accounts.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years’ experience with Telcom BOSS system, selling Software/services, working with large high-profile accounts
  2. Exhibits a “hunter” mentality and possesses an outstanding ability to close sales.
  3. Excellent working experience with a business quotation, Contract negotiation
  4. Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities, and sell.
  5. Experience selling at C-level.
  6. Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English
  7. Possesses a strong sensibility for technology.
  8. Ability to solve customer-related problems in a positive manner.
  9. Strong in consultative and insight-based selling
  10. Experience articulating complex solutions to decision-makers and executives.
  11. Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts
  12. Knowledge of BOSS, Cloud industry, and internet space
  13. Experience analyzing data, trends, and the market to develop key selling points
