Job Description

1. Analyze, provide information, and prepare presentation materials, press releases and other communication materials regarding the Company’s performance and or Corporate Action in an actual, accurate, and timely manner to Stakeholders such as analysts, investment managers, investors (both existing and potential investors), Shareholders and Senior Management in order to increase investor and stakeholder confidence in the Company.
    
2. Monitor the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and standards in Surya Internusa Group to maintain and improve their implementation in the Company.
    
3. Manage the preparation and issuance of Company Reports (quarterly, semester, and annually) as directed by superiors in order to ensure that information related to company achievements, financial position, and company performance is precise and accurate as well as the Company’s strategic position for investors and other stakeholders.
    
4. Establish cooperation, and develop relationships with internal and external parties, including analysts, investors, media/press related to the capital market, community, society, and other stakeholders in order to improve the company’s reputation and ensure information alignment.
    
5. Design, create and update corporate presentation in order to improve the company’s image and maintain the company’s reputation.
    
6. Create and monitor performance metrics in order to improve the performance of the investor relations function (SSIA shares movement, SSIA peers/competitors analysis).
    
7. Update and monitor IR databases such as Contacts, Questions & Answers, Research Analysts, Investors, Equity Sales to ensure the suitability of data and information in order to maintain the relevance and accuracy of IR data.
    
8. Understand the company’s business broadly including but not limited to products, services, market segments, and growth strategies and pay attention to the latest developments of the Company in order to support relevance and relationships with investors related to aspects of the company’s business.
    

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, with relevant major (Finance, Accounting, etc)
   
• At least  2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or similar positions.
   
• Existing experience in Investor Relations and basic knowledge of Capital Market
   
• Having strong writing & financial analysis skills
   
• Excellent people and communication skills
   
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem solver mindset.
   
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
   
• Having strong planning and project management
   
• Willing to do business travels (if needed)
