Description

• Lead and contribute to the end-to-end investment process, from deal origination to execution and post-investment management.
• Identify and assess potential investment targets across various sectors, conducting rigorous due diligence and financial analysis.
• Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
• Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals to develop investment theses and strategies.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive landscape analysis to evaluate investment prospects.
• Develop relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and potential co-investors to stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and due diligence efforts, coordinating with legal, financial, and operational teams.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, tracking key performance indicators and implementing value creation strategies.
• Participate in portfolio company board meetings and support strategic decision-making processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing industry insights and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes and strategies.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends that could impact investments.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully originating, executing, and managing investments.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts and investment rationales.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships within the investment community.
