Job title – Inventory Technician, Perfumery and Beauty
Location – Tanah Abang, Indonesia
Job model – On Site
The Inventory Technician is responsible for Perfumery & Beauty oil collection inventory and will have collaboration with cross functional team. This function will be based at dsm-firmenich Tanah Abang office and reporting to Creation & Application Lab Manager who is based at the same location. This role will be as contract employee with 1 year contract period.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory stock accuracy and keep inventory at an optimal level.
- Ensure consistency between digital stock and physical stock.
- Prepare oils for hands-over to logistics partners, sales assistants, or client in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workplace.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose viable actions.

You bring
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemistry or relevant studies.
- Positive work attitude, able to work independently and/or in a team.
- Effective communication in Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Pay attention to details, discipline, careful and organized.
- System – savvy.
- Prior experience in a fragrance laboratory environment is advantageous.
