Inventory Supervisor responsible to manage inventory for raw material (import & local) and auxiliary material in optimum level and accurate, meet to standard inventory policy and provide high quality service level to ensure that the required material for production is available on time, in optimum level and no interruption process. Also managing preform delivery local & export.

Scope & Responsibilities

Inventory Management

· Responsible to Ensure all goods received are meet to the specification as on purchase order and passed quality check

· Responsible to move damaged product from bulk to quarantine area.

Maintenance Implementation

Responsible to Conduct performance dilogue to review maintenance execution

Water & Energi Usage

·Responsible to Develop initiatives water & energy usage according company policy and regulation 

·Responsible to Monitoring and control energy & water usage

Material Inventory Implementation

·Responsible to Ensure the Implementation of Material Inventory in accordance with company policy & strategy

·Responsible to manage and control container, empties & pallet (Crate empties RGB, Pallet, CO2, Box preform, Octabin preform, collabsable bin, LPG tank, etc.)

·Responsible to ensuring forklift management process are conducted well (AM for forklift, Daily checklist forklift, Vendor coordination related to maintenance program and forklift reliability, Monitoring forklift availability according operation requirement, Fuel forklift management, Conduct budgeting and yearly forklift requirement)

·Responsible to managing resource readiness process (Workers, Manhours)

·Responsible to controlling and monitoring nonconformance material process (Communicate and follow up with vendor related nonconformance material and internal (write off) related nonconformance material)

·Responsible to ensure, checking, monitor and controlling waste management Responsible to conduct Material Supplies to production process accordance company standard and regulation

·Responsible to Manage, control and monitoring process of auxiliary material and spare part request

·Responsible to manage all activities related external warehouse management

·Responsible to Ensure all required material in accordance with the production planning are available Responsible for Export/Import material and preform delivery

Material Stock Management

·Responsible to ensure, checking, monitor and controlling inventory stock

control

·Responsible to ensure that material Stock keeping is conducted in

accordance with the quality standard to maintain material quality in store.

·Responsible to ensure request for auxiliary material align to inventory

planning and do monitoring to procurement & order fulfillment process of

material.

Material handover

·Responsible to ensuring and overseeing receiving material process conducted well

·Responsible to conduct all activities related Export /Import Preform & Material accordance inventory planning

·Responsible to managing, controlling and ensuring product shipment to other operation (STO) are executed well related planning and company regulation

·Responsible to execute product movement from production & shipment to logistics

Quality Management

Monitor the quality of product storage in the warehouse plant to comply with applicable standards

Business Improvement

Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.

People Management

Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)

Cost Management

Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.

Qualifications:

Education Background:

• Min. D3 – degree (preferably major in Industrial Engineering )

Professional Experience:

• Min. 3 years of working experience in Warehousing and or Production
