We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Cost Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling costs in our stores, ensuring efficiency, and accuracy in all financial aspects.

Responsibilities:
 

• Inventory Management: Schedule and execute monthly inventory processes
• Transaction Review: Comprehensive review to ensure the accuracy of all transactions, especially expenditure and purchasing
• Purchase Order Inspection: Check purchase orders (PO) and market lists
• Daily Flash Cost Reporting: Prepare daily flash cost reports
• Monthly Inventory Counting: Conduct monthly counting of all goods and create monthly reports (Cost of product)
• Goods Receipt Supervision: Oversee the receiving department in calculating the quantity and quality of goods based on purchase order or market list
• Outgoing Goods Monitoring: Supervise and ensure outgoing goods are accompanied by complete store request documents (Quantity request item, Stock on hand)
• Purchase Documentation Check: Examine all supporting documents for purchasing (Purchase Order, Purchase Request, Market List, Cash Purchase, etc.) for all types of purchases
• POS Menu Pricing Verification: Inspect menu prices on the POS system and ensure correct pricing
• Production Reporting: Capable of reporting from raw materials to finished goods
• Production Cost Analysis: Able to create and analyze production cost reports
• COGM and COGS Analysis: Prepare, organize, and analyze COGM and COGS
• Variable Costing Analysis: Capable of reporting and analyzing variable costing

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management
• Able to work with a team, loyal, honest, disciplined, and can work under pressure
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Willing to be placed anywhere according to the company’s work location
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field
• Will be located: Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Selatan
