Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in mapping manual processes and identifying digitization opportunities.
• Support data collection related to machine stops, minor losses, and operator interventions.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in digital system trials and document “as-is” and “to-be” workflows by preparing documentation, SOP drafts, and training materials for digital workflows.
• Engage with shopfloor teams to capture feedback and validate improvements.

What are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant fields. Fresh graduates with strong interest in operations are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends. Familiarity with digital tools (Power BI, MES, digital logs) is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of automation systems or sensors (preferred)
