Role Statement

The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. It’s more than just an internship, it’s a dynamic learning experience where you’ll flourish, develop key skills, and become a future industry leader.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in managing and optimizing accounts across Tokopedia, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor daily marketplace activities, including product listings, issue resolution, and customer complaints.
• Review and provide recommendations on complaint escalations and reimbursement requests in line with company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales performance and marketplace reports.
• Coordinate with QA and Sales teams to support monthly performance reporting.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) training by sharing updated product knowledge and preparing FAQs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems Management, Business Management, or related fields, with max. 1 year of experience (final-year students are welcome).
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Familiar with e-commerce/quick commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Lazada, Astro) and basic digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with digital tool proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Figma, Asana, Monday.com).
• Prior experience in digital marketing support, customer handling, or administrative tasks is an advantage.
