We are seeking the great people to support and enhance our position as the great company for heavy equipment industry for the position of  :

INTERNAL CONTROL SECTION HEAD

(Code: IC-INAD)

Duties and responsibilities :

• Carry out audit inspections and/or reviews of business processes and controls according to the annual schedule. (Department, Branch, and project).
• Create reports on the results of inspections and/or reviews of business processes and controls.
• Doing follow-up and discussions with the process owner for control or business process improvement actions according to the recommendations given.
• Doing routine checks on the Company’s financial processes and transactions.
• Create or update Business Processes (Flowcharts) so that they are easy for users to understand.
• Involved in creating regulations or establishing control over the new business processes.
• Carry out inspections or reviews according to superiors’ instructions (outside of the annual plan).
• To do other assignment based on instruction by superior.

Qualifications :

•  Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management or any related major.
• Maximum of age is age 35 years old.
• At least 5 (five) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Be able to identify risk (risk management).
• Be able to analyze financial statement and report.
• Capable to create flow chart of business process.
• Good communication and analyzing skill.
• A strong knowledge and profound understanding PSAK.
• Fluent in English both of spoken and written, computer literates.
• Mature, patient, independent and communicative.
• Ready to work under-pressure.
• Work location at Pulo Gadung- East of Jakarta.
