Job description & requirements

The Internal Financial Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits across various departments within the company. This position reports directly to the Senior Management and will be an integral part of our Finance team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Conducting financial and operational audits across various departments within the company.
2. Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of controls and processes.
3. Identifying areas for improvement in controls and processes and making recommendations for enhancements.
4. Preparing audit reports and communicating findings to the Senior Management.
5. Providing support to external auditors as required.
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and legislation, and advising on necessary changes to policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university with GPA of >3.0.
2. 3+ years of experience and proven track records in internal auditing or public accounting.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Eng and Ind.
5. Very strong record keeping and attention to details.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards and regulations.
