Job Description :

  • To plan, organize and implement overall company’s auditing process according to Standard
  • Operating Procedure (SOP) and Company’s Policy & Procedures;
  • Developing an annual risk-based audit plan that outlines the key areas and processes within the organization that need to be audited, especially operational, financial, and IT audits;
  • Overseeing and participating in audit engagements. This includes reviewing working papers, assessing audit findings, and ensuring that audit work is completed in accordance with established standards; 
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify areas of the organization that may be vulnerable to fraud, inefficiency, or non-compliance. This involves evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls; 
  • Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of company’s risk management processes and internal control systems; 
  • Lead and supervise audit team in performing audit, include special audit projects and fraud investigation; 
  • Propose audit recommendations and advice, corrective and preventive action related to audit findings for control improvements, including renewal of policy and procedures; 
  • Maintaining and enhancing controls through evaluation to determine the effectiveness and efficiency 
  • Be responsible for clear, concise, and organized documentation of audit working papers and reports; 
  • Identify and evaluate complex business risk, deficiencies and related opportunities forimprovements of internal controls; 
  • Manage tasks effectively – manage audit projects commitment, timeline, deliverable quality, and resource utilization; 
  • Proactively engage and communicate with related stakeholders throughout the entirety of the audit process; 
  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by General Manager and/or Senior Management.

Job Qualification :

  • Proven 5 years working experience as Internal Auditor Manager.
  • Advanced computer skill on Ms. Office, Accounting Software
  • Proven knowledge of Auditing Standarts and Procedures laws, rules and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analitical skills.
  • Sound independent judgment.
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Accounting or Finance and GPA > 3.00
  • A record of success in internal and external audits.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Willing to go on a business trip.
