Description

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial, operational, and compliance processes.
• Develop and implement audit plans based on risk assessment.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit recommendations are implemented effectively.
• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraud cases and recommend control actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate fraud risks across the business process.
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance fraud prevention measures.
• Prepare detailed reports on fraud incidents, including root cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest fraud trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve detection and prevention strategies.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and techniques.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
