We are looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Interior Designer skilled in both interior and graphic design to create innovative, brand-aligned concepts that transform spaces and visual presentations. The ideal candidate will excel in producing captivating 2D and 3D visuals, unique design concepts, and will have a strong grasp of materials, lighting, flooring, and furniture combinations. They should also be capable of creating graphic elements that enhance visual communication, including branding assets and layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop space plans and interior concepts that align with brand aesthetics, functionality, and client requirements, starting from site assessments.
• Produce 3D perspective visuals, comprehensive construction detail drawings, and graphic design assets to support visual communication.
• Present design intent with well-prepared color schemes, furnishings, lighting, materials, and fixtures, using both interior and graphic design skills.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation, material selections, and design specifications.
• Integrate graphic design work into project proposals, presentations, and branding materials.
• Liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and adherence to design integrity.
• Oversee projects from concept through execution, managing design elements, schedules, and deliverables.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with demonstrated ability in graphic design (experience in event spaces or retail design, particularly in sports-related fields, is preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience creating both interior drawings and graphic assets, from design intent to construction details.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and technical specifications.
• Ability to create compelling graphic layouts and branding elements for design projects.
• Willingness to travel for international project assignments.
• Strong organizational, research, and time management skills.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is advantageous.
• English CV required.
