We are looking for a passionate Interior Designers (all levels) who is not only creative in design but also skilled in building client relationships, acquiring new projects, and motivated to earn attractive commissions for every successful deal.

Job Description

• Engage with clients to understand their interior design needs and provide professional consultation.

• Design and translate customer requirements into concepts, layouts, and visual presentations.

• Conduct site visits for measurement, validation, and project discussions.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.

• Actively build connections with property developers, contractors, and other interior designers to generate projects.

• Prepare pricing proposals and design presentations, aligning with client requirements and company offerings.

• Achieve KPIs and project acquisition targets with commission opportunities for successful deals.

• Attend exhibitions and events to expand networks and acquire potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer, or fresh graduate with at least 2 internship experiences.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design tools.

• Strong portfolio in interior design.

• Fluent in English is a MUST; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in project acquisition / strong client network is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
