Intertek SAI Global, a global Risk Management Services provider as subsidiary of Intertek, Plc, is looking to recruit amazing talents to fill the prestigious position of FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FSMS) Auditor, based in Jakarta area, to conduct third party food audits (FSSC, ISO 22000, HACCP) to client specifications on a permanent basis. As a Food Auditor, you will be required to plan and conduct professional food safety audits that meet customer requirements. For this opportunity, we are looking for candidates who have auditing experience across a number of second or third party audit areas..

Due to the client facing nature of the role, excellent customer service and communication skills are required as you will be responsible for representing SAI Global.

Integrated Management System (Quality, Environmental, OHS) Auditor

(Location – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• To plan and complete System audits in a timely and effective manner, employing the relevant risk assessment standards.
• To plan and complete Food Safety Management System audits in a timely and effective manner, employing the relevant risk assessment standards, and according to the relevant standards
• Project managing multi-site activities.
• Maintaining audit process rigor and technical integrity, in order to meet accreditation requirements, as well as internal and external  expectations

• To apply knowledge of business improvement techniques, both internally and when auditing client organizations

• Plan and complete comprehensive process audits within required timeframe and according to relevant standards.
• Coordinate internal and external communications regarding client management needs.
• Consistently implement SAI Global policies and procedures.
• Prioritize competing needs of clients, management and colleagues.
• Maintain comprehensive customer files (including electronic files) including all necessary documentation.
• Demonstrate ability to balance attention to detail with high level strategic understanding of clients’ businesses.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell SAI Global programs/products.
• Project managing multi-site activities as needed and/or as applicable
• Coordinate internal and external communications regarding client management needs

Requirements:

• University graduate S1 in Engineering – preferably in Civil, Electrical, Chemical, and Mechanical
• Has completed appropriate post-secondary education that includes courses in the food chain category, general microbiology and chemistry, e.g. bachelor decree in food technology, food processing, nutrition or chemical
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in manufacturing/services industry, preferably in Certification Body for management system (ISO 9001 – 14001 – 45001.) or management consultant in similar position
• Hold LAT (Lead Auditor Training) ISO 9001/22000/ /FSCC 22000 Certificate
• 2 years (part of the 5 years period) of exposure in Quality, Environmental, and OHS
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the food (retail) industry
• Certified for Lead Auditor, Ahli K3 Umum (preferable)
• Having the experience as third party auditor in food safety is preferable
• Good knowledge of food safety management system fundamental and audit procedures
• Familiar in current knowledge of standards, regulations, codes of practice and industry technical requirements
• Good report writing and communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Highly organized and able to work with a tight schedule
• Willing to travel for audit assignments
• Employs effective audit questioning and listening techniques.
