About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT PFI Mega Life Insurance in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to our clients through our Banca Convent channel. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your expertise and passion for the insurance industry.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners to drive insurance sales

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable insurance products to meet their needs

Process insurance applications and claims in a timely and efficient manner

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to ensure you provide the best possible service

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Banca Convent channel

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the insurance industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to tailor insurance solutions to meet customer needs

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to professional development
