About the job

The Red Hat Enterprise Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise inbound demand response, supporting Enterprise Account Executives to increase growth in key accounts. This role gives you the opportunity to work collaboratively with multi-cultural internal and external teams to grow the business, creating solutions that serve Red Hat’s customers.

What you will do

  • Own inbound demand responses to generate incremental bookings through selling Red Hat’s comprehensive enterprise solutions
  • Provide sales support to a designated group of Account Managers through lead routing, responding to customer inquiries, customer relationship management (CRM) tracking, demo and meeting coordination, as well as contract, pricing, and renewals support
  • Manage forecasts and pipeline, record sales activities, and schedule follow up activities as needed, tracking customer data using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Finance, Bid Desk, Legal, Business Units, and Operations to support quotations, price negotiations, contract development, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Meet assigned sales quotas

What you will bring

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • High-quality customer service skills to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
  • Ability to use CRM systems
  • Experience in technology or software sales support position in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration, with a record of achieving sales goals
  • Understanding of the complete sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and open source principles is a plus
