Job Description:

• Present to the board the introduction of new security demands and initiatives and to communicate the evaluation report of existing program
• Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders
• Proactively conduct audits to ensure the mitigation of data breach and address potential issues
• Maintain and monitor records of all data breach suspicion carried out by the company
• Support the data incident response and data breach notification procedures
• Work with information owner to design data security related policies/procedures and technical solutions, and analyze the effectiveness of the program implemented

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor from any reputable universities, majoring Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years experiences working in data protection compliance or as IT Risk and Compliance/Information Security
• Certified in one of CISA, CISM, CISSP is a plus
• Experience in managing data incidents and breaches
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risks and information security standards
• Technical Knowledge and Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) implementation
• Technical Knowledge and Experience with Logging Automation System.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail, capable of dealing with the wide range of stakeholders, including senior management
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and projects within the reasonable budget
• Proven ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, respect, trust and credibility at all levels
• Ability to make good judgements regarding data security risks and to prioritize resources and activity around managing those risks
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Fluent in Mandarin (is a plus)
• Willing to be placed in Serpong.
