About the role

As the Industrial Relations Supervisor at PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s workforce relations and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations. This full-time position is based in Kendal, Central Java, and is responsible for maintaining positive employee-employer relationships, resolving workplace disputes, and fostering a harmonious work environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to promote positive employee-employer relations

• Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with labour unions

• Handle employee grievances and disputes, and facilitate conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies

• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement fair and equitable human resource policies

• Provide guidance and training to supervisors and managers on industrial relations best practices

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to industrial relations activities

• Represent the company in labour negotiations and proceedings, as required

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations, labour law, or employee relations

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations

• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Proficient in data analysis and report writing

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
