Job Descriptions:

1. Handle employee discipline and grievance:

   • Receive and investigate employee complaints or violation;

   • Record, monitor, and process disciplinary cases (SP1, SP2, SP3);

   • Ensure due process in warning, suspension, or termination cases.

2. Manage employee termination (PHK) process:

   • Draft and process termination letters and compensation calculations;

   • Coordinate with HR, finance, and legal for PHK settlement;

   • Handle mediation with Disnaker when needed.

3. Documentation and reporting:

   • Maintain employee discipline records and IR case files;

   • Prepare periodic reports on industrial relations conditions, disputes, and resolutions.

4. Internal communication and training:

   • Conduct socialization on company rules, labor regulations, and discipline procedures.

   • Educate employees and supervisors on conflict prevention and communication skills.

5. Union and bipartite cooperation:

   • Maintain communication and negotiation with labor unions (Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh).

   • Participate in Bipartite Cooperation Institution (LKS Bipartit) meetings.

   • Assist in collective labor agreement (PP / PKB) discussions.

6. Assist in policy development:

   • Contribute to drafting or revising company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan).

   • Review and align HR policies with labor standards.

   • Create, review, and update HR-related SOPs (e.g., SOP Disciplinary Action, SOP Termination, SOP Absensi, SOP Recruitment, etc.) in coordination with HR Manager.

7. Maintain harmonious industrial relations:

   • Build and maintain good relations between management, employees, and unions.

   • Support open communication and conflict prevention across departments.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

Education Background

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.

• Understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU No. 13/2003, UU Cipta Kerja, PP No. 35/2021, etc.) is mandatory.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations, HR Compliance, or HR Generalist roles (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company).

• Experience in handling employee disputes, disciplinary actions, or coordination with Disnaker is an advantage.

• Experience in drafting or implementing HR SOPs and Peraturan Perusahaan / PKB is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of labor law, company regulations, and industrial relations practices.

• Good communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

• Skilled in preparing formal letters, reports, and documentation (in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus).

• Computer literate: proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR documentation systems.

• High attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
