Job Overview

Calculating yield for material requirements (usage) of each shoe model for the needs of purchasing shoe materials

Responsibilities and Duties

• Calculate the yield for upper material using shoecost software in every stage (MST, EST, FSR) for the needs of purchasing shoe materials
• Calculate the thread yield for each new model (new color and new model) for the needs of purchasing shoe materials
• Calculate the yield, ink, chemical, bottom for each new model (new color and new model) for the needs of purchasing shoe materials
• Implementing process standards according to PFC and SOP Layout Cutting dies for CTB, Offline, and Bottom areas
• Take actual production data and check material usage in production (cutting, sew, assembling, offline, and bottom area) to ensure there is no shortage of materials during production 
• Other project request by leader, to support the improvement and ensure the project runs smoothly
• Production support for efficiency (process and material) and produce high productivity
• Follow company program:
• Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
• Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH programs, energy, quality and environment to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirement

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year experience in the same field from Shoe-Making Industry
• Knowledges and Skills
• Being able to operate shoecost software
• Can read digao, PFC, and patten
• All the processes that require for calculation of consumption
• Know how to calculate yield ink, Chemical, CTB, Bottom, and Stockfit
• Can calculate yield Upper & Bottom, calculate loss for leather material, and check actual production
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross functionally with other leaders
• Understanding vision mission company & safety policy and standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
• Personality / Character : Delivers Quality, Communicates Effectively and Drive Collaboration
