Job Description:

ID Marketing Analyst (Go-to-Market/Strategy) – 6-month temporary position

This position is accountable for Marketing research and analysis tasks, and general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects.

He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

He/she will be based in UPS ID – Jakarta Center.

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and rate research, monitor competitive and market news and report to Supervisor for critical news.
  • Perform information compilation using various data tools and report building.
  • Investigate customer issues regarding shipment booking in system, or escalate to higher level for support to increase customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Be the key contact local person for supporting resellers on pricing requests.
  • Work with external vendors/parties including resellers, printing and design vendor… for contract management, payment process and other administrative tasks in order to ensure PR and communication tasks are conducted smoothly.
  • Support in execution of customer communication materials by ensuring translation quality, drafting local communication content, material review; and managing performance tracking and reward purchase for promotional program to customers.
  • Execute local events that align with Country and Region strategy.
  • Other admin tasks including budget management, purchase order creation for Marketing.

Qualifications:

University graduate, with degree in Commerce/Business/Marketing

  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Fluent in English communication skills, and Microsoft applications
  • Detail-oriented, team player
