Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:
1. Operations: Execute domestic transport and handling (transportation via land, air & ocean where applicable) and updating the job in system.
2. Traffic Management: Monitor and manage traffic flow, coordinating transportation resources to minimize delays and optimize delivery schedules.
3. Shipment Tracking: Track shipments in real-time, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or issues.
4. Route Optimization: Utilize transportation management software and tools to optimize routes for cost-effective and efficient transportation.
5. Coordination: Collaborate with vendors on import, domestic logistics, and project teams to ensure timely pickup, delivery, and documentation for shipments.
6. Communication: Coordinate and communicate with drivers, origin/destination warehouse personnel, and garage maintenance staff to facilitate efficient operations.
7. Issue Resolution: Address transportation-related issues promptly, working with carriers and internal teams to find solutions.
8. Documentation: Assist in the preparation and management of transportation documentation.
9. Reporting: Generate reports on transportation activities and performance, providing insights for process improvement.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree from any field. Logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in traffic management, transportation coordination, or logistics support is a plus.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Familiarity with freight forwarder, domestic transportation, import/export process and project logistics is advantageous.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Good coordination skill and good time management.
7. Adaptability and resourcefulness in addressing transportation challenges.
8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Ms. Office and relevant software tools.
9. Certifications in transportation management or logistics are beneficial but not mandatory.
10.Willing to work shifts.
