Role and Responsibilities

• Assist client to obtain work and stay permits for foreigners in Indonesia from beginning to end (i.e., HPK, RPTKA, eVisa (312, 313,314,316,317), Bussines eVisa (211), KITAS, Local registration, and not limited to other permits/documents);
• Assist client to obtain outbound visa for foreigners or Indonesia to other countries and/or visa to Indonesia (tourist visa, social visa.);
• Perform regular follow up to the government offices for all submitted applications and ensure that the completion date is based on the agreed timeline;
• Filed all documents through a company database and ensure the documents storage is accessible;
• Ensure that all information relating to the regulation is up to date on an ongoing basis;
• Manage the local relationship with vendors and the governments to ensure a clear understanding of the company’s needs and business objectives and costs are tracked and reviewed;
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure all parts of legal documents of working permit activities;
• Act as company representative to describe the progress of the project to the client & provide solutions if needed;
• Considerable understanding of legal compliance matters and Immigration Law.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma in Administration or equivalent; Bachelor in Law, Public Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Excellent English skills in verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service communication
• Meticulous in performing the task of documenting
• Highly motivated, result-oriented
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Able to perform good work attitude and professionalism

Preferred Skills

• Experience and knowledge in company documents & permits
• Excellent correspondence & Administrative Skills
