What you’ll be doing day to day:
· Obtain and possess a deep understanding of needs of business customers and non-customers, and latest trends or ways to acquire, activate and engage business customers
· Actively leading sales steer to your department’s top-selling products, prioritized products. To be aware and actively tracking personal contribution against set targets and how they contribute to the store IKEA Business team’s success.
· Staying up to date with any changes or new IKEA Business offerings rolled out or tested, to be able to communicate them with customers.
· Maximize sales through understanding customers and the local market. Possess deep understanding of IKEA Business offerings (e.g., benefits, programs, commercial activities, type of collaborations) and actively share them with visited business customers.
· Lead and raise any requests for communication/publicity materials, tools, resource, or infrastructural support, but also stay agile, making improvements and improvisations to tool we have today such that they are still relevant for customer communication.
· To seek relevant development material to improve performance in visiting business customer and opportunities for greater exposure to understand IKEA Business further.
· Responsible for collecting feedback from business customers during visitations to continuously improvement the IKEA Business offering. Together with your team, you focus on putting the customer first
· You actively promote the IKEA social and environmental commitment and work with your team to understand how, together, you can contribute to sustainability

· Passion for retail and for serving the many Indonesian people and enjoys coming up with solutions for business customers and solving their problems with deep sense of empathy and sensitivity towards customers’ needs
· Deep understanding of business customers’ needs, passionate to presenting the offerings in a relevant way to customers & suggesting improvements where applicable.
· Adept in selling and managing customer requests & issues, while also understands how their tasks and performance contributes to the overall performance and success of the team.
· Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced & agile team. Ability to take responsibility and delegate when necessary
· A considered decision-maker. Exemplified meticulousness and a high level of attention to detail.
· Communicating clearly & positively in English.
· Has business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus. Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business.
