What you’ll be doing day to day: 

• Obtain and possess a deep understanding of needs of business customers, gaps in current processes and process improvement requirements for us to better meet the needs of business customers. Possesses relevant information & communication for business customers and coordination of internal departments, particularly with Finance, Legal and Logistic teams. Ensure deep understanding on the implications which any action items that impact processes will have on how we are able to meet customers
• Possess deep understanding of all internal processes relating to IKEA business. Ensuring consistent follow-up with customers both at prospecting stage and after transaction is made, to ensure a smooth aftersales process
• Possess good knowledge on the IKEA range, especially in the focus HFBs for IKEA Business, and also the various solutions the range could provide for different business customer segments. To ensure all transactions are made, request for documents raised and later sent to IB Store team or business customers all in a timely & accurate manner
• Competent in active selling, being able to recommend relevant solutions, complementary products and add-ons to IB Store teams as well as business customers
• To seek out relevant development material to improve process & performance and also opportunities for greater exposure to understand IKEA for Business further. Responsible for collecting feedback from business customers and IB Store teams to continuously improvement the IB offering
